Integration Technician
Description:
We are seeking a resource that has a passion for Oracle SaaS/applications that support an enterprise HCM transformation effort within the US Intelligence community. The role is part of a team that is responsible for the integration of the customer's legacy systems to Fusion HCM Cloud. During the implementation, this role also supports the consolidation of several customer legacy systems. Those who excel in this role are motivated self-starters who love to solve challenging problems and are comfortable both working directly with customers and with an innovative internal team.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience as a contractor in the Intelligence Community, working directly with customers
- PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 functional experience (open to Rel 9.0 experience)
- PeopleTools 8.5x to include App Designer, App Engine, Datamover scripting, and SQR
- SQL/PLSQL
- Oracle Database, Application Express (APEX), SQL Developer, SQL Data Modeler, and RESTful services
- Strong knowledge of Peoplesoft HRMS integration architecture
- Experience working with multiple Peoplesoft HRMS modules; experience working with multiple Fusion HCM Cloud modules
- Experience with Fusion HCM Cloud

- Security+ Certification
- Fourteen (14) years’ relevant experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Five (5) years of integration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrates analytic/diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Strong communication and effective collaboration with project team/Clients/Vendors.
