Description:
  • Serve in a client facing role and interact with customers in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in the delivery of HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams within an Oracle Fusion HCM project implementation.
    • Gather and assess customer requirements, design, configure and/or develop, test, and deploy.
    • Perform data entry and data loading as necessary.
    • Support technical processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and analytics.
  • Support loading data, monitoring progress, and reporting errors.
  • Support, compile, and summarize identified data issues and proposed fixes to the Maryland Program Office (MPO) for review and decision on resolution.
  • Correct data ingest/validation issues.
  • Take a structured approach to decompose, identify, and define data handling solutions to meet role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) requirements through a variety of tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • An active TS/SCI + FS polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Fourteen (14) years’ relevant experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required; Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge in HR business processes and data flows preferred.
  • Technical knowledge on Fast Formulas for different Oracle HCM modules and personalization preferred.
  • Good knowledge in OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM extracts, and HDL preferred.
  • Experience in data loading, interface, and data migration preferred.
  • Technical experience in Peoplesoft HRMS 9.2 or Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Good understanding of requirement gathering from different sources; issue identification and resolution
  • Experience with HCM analytics, HR data and visualization, Fast Formulas, and personalization.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Oracle database, SOAP/REST, XML, JSON; also knowledgeable with APIs
  • In lieu of PeopleSoft or Oracle HCM Cloud experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications.
  • Flexibility to work on-premises and with cloud-based tools and applications.
